The Berkeley Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a missing person. The missing individual is Eugene Rice, an African American male, 79 years old. He was last seen on February 2, 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Oxford Street. Eugene was wearing a black shirt, black jeans, and silver/white shoes. He has mobility issues and uses a walker.
