Water main break is currently being repaired on Congress Street. There has been no water service in the area for several hours, however it should return shortly. The library is closed, however the repair will not affect school pick up. Congress Street and a section of Albany Street are closed due to the repairs. The entire repair is expected to be completed by 3:30 pm.
