High Wind Warning until 10:00PM Saturday

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 31 below expected.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 PM EST Saturday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
