* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of freezing drizzle have been reported this morning. This freezing drizzle is expected to gradually change to snow over the next couple of hours. After a few hours of dry weather this afternoon, snow showers, wind gusts up to 40 mph, and falling temperatures will lead to blowing and drifting snow and locally hazardous road conditions this evening.
