* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM Saturday to midnight EST Saturday Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 AM Saturday to 1 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
