For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM Saturday to midnight EST Saturday Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 AM Saturday to 1 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
