Robin Ln. Sewer Spill important update for impacted residents: water service changes, testing info & request forms now available. 
As recovery efforts continue following the Robin Lane sewer spill, we want to share the latest updates and next steps for impacted residents.
Water Access Update
The potable water tender truck stationed at the Lake County Special Districts facility on Pond Road will conclude service on Sunday, February 8.
Residents in the affected area who have not received a water tank and would like ongoing water service can submit a request form on the website so teams can coordinate next steps.
Laundry & Shower Access
Showers and laundry service currently located at the Special District’s facility on Pond Rd. will also be ending on February 8.
Prepaid laundry cards will be available for pickup at Clearlake City Hall (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Thursday).
Cards may be used at the Laundromats located at:
– 14320 Olympic Dr.
– 15200 Lakeshore Dr.
Shower access will be available at the Clearlake Senior Center (3245 Bowers Ave.), operating 7 days a week from 5:00–9:00 a.m. and 5:00–9:00 p.m., beginning Monday, February 9.
Testing Continues
Private well testing is ongoing across the affected area. Residents who would like to request well testing can submit a request form on the website. Testing and follow-up sampling will continue as needed to support public health guidance.
