Beginning on Tuesday, February 10th at 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Elm Street (7) spaces west of Dove Street for AWD.
Beginning on Tuesday, February 10th at 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Delaware Terrace (6) spaces from dead end south for service vehicles.
