Arcadia Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Marcus Sciarra, 28-year-old, Male Other, 6'2", slim build, wearing a burgundy jacket, red pants, and blue shoes. Marcus is an Autistic adult that left his current residence in the 400 block of Santa Clara Street in Arcadia on 2/4/26 at approximately 10:30 PM, without any money or cell phone.
