* WHEN...From 6 AM to 7 PM AKST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southeast winds Sunday morning will become southwesterly to westerly in the afternoon. The strongest winds with this storm will likely occur in the afternoon. Winds diminish Sunday evening, but another storm could bring even stronger winds late Monday into Tuesday.
