As the temperatures and wind chill drop to extreme lows, the City's Warming Center at 6 Kirkpatrick Street will remain open from 7am to 7pm. At 7pm the Warming Center will go back to the standard Code Blue protocols. Food is not available at 6 Kirkpatrick Street, however Elijah's Promise and the United Methodist Church will be distrbuting their daily meals. Visitors may come and go as they please from 7am to 7pm to utilize the Warming Center.
