Wilmington Police arrest man on gun charge: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on a gun charge.
On January 31st at approximately 12:15 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division were in the area of East 30th and North Heald Streets when they observed a male subject acting suspiciously. Officers made contact with 27-year-old Jusiah Shrouder and took him into custody without incident. Officers recovered a loaded .9mm handgun.
Shrouder has been charged with the following offense:
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
