INCIDENT: P.C. 273.5(A) - Spousal Abuse
LOCATION: 2000 Block of Desoto Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): DANNY INIGUEZ, 40-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Friday, February 6, 2026, at approximately 2:30 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance near the 2000 block of Desoto Street.
Upon arrival, deputies determined that the suspect had fled the area prior to their arrival. Through investigation, deputies identified the suspect as Danny Iniguez. Deputies further determined that Iniguez allegedly assaulted the victim during the incident.
A short time later Iniguez returned to the scene where deputies were able to locate and take him into custody without incident.
Iniguez was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. He remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
