MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2026:
1:29 AM Officer Lara responded to a disturbance reported near Cedar Blvd & Mowry Ave. A 33-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and violating the terms of his probation. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
10:28 AM Officer Taylor investigated a commercial burglary reported near Clark Ave & Cherry St.
12:53 PM Officer Lor investigated the theft of wheels from a vehicle reported near Jarvis Ave & Cedar Blvd.
10:35 PM Officer Benjamin conducted a pedestrian stop near Cedar Blvd & Mowry School Road. A 39-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and a probation violation. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
10:42 PM Officer Orozco investigated a shoplifting incident reported near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd.
11:18 PM Officer Norvell investigated a suspicious person reported near Baine Ave & Cherry St. A 41-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2026:
2:37 PM Officer Kapu responded to a hit and run collision involving a pedestrian reported near Newark Blvd & Mayhews Landing Rd. An 80-year-old male was arrested and transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
5:44 PM Officer Quinonez investigated a mail theft reported near Robertson Ave & Birch St.
7:45 PM Officer Norvell investigated several vehicle burglaries reported near Newpark Mall Road & N Magazine Dr. Reported losses included tools and industrial equipment.
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2026:
1:43 AM Officer Benjamin conducted a pedestrian stop on Newpark Mall Road. A 67-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and violating the terms of his probation. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
9:35 AM Officers Shaffer and Diaz-Perez investigated multiple reports of vehicle thefts across the city.
11:02 AM Officer Piquette investigated a vehicle burglary near Lido Blvd & Jarvis Ave. Entry was made by forcing the door lock. No loss was reported, though the vehicle was ransacked.
6:43 PM Officer Medina responded to a shoplifting incident reported near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd.
7:52 PM Community Service Officer (CSO) Mora recovered a stolen license plate near Normandy Dr & Lido Blvd.
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2026:
2:58 AM Officer Benjamin performed a pedestrian stop on Newpark Mall Road. A 50-year-old male was cited for possession of narcotics and violation of probation.
2:21 PM Officer Jou investigated a vehicle theft reported near Cherry St & Thornton Ave.
7:05 PM Officer Felix responded to a vandalism reported near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd. A 26-year-old male was arrested for vandalism and battery. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2026:
2:24 AM While conducting a security check on Newpark Mall Rd, Officer Felix located a vehicle that had been burglarized. Loss included various construction tools.
10:40 AM Officer Lor investigated a vehicle theft reported near Central Ave & California St.
4:15 PM Officer Shaffer investigated a license plate theft reported near Cherry St & Dairy Ave.
4:53 PM CSO Mora recovered a stolen license plate near Wells Ave & Enterprise Dr.
6:10 PM Officer Berlanga investigated a bicycle theft from a garage in the area of Cedar Blvd & Rosa Way.
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2026:
10:22 AM Officer Jackman conducted a traffic stop near Newark Blvd & Highway 84 offramp. A 40-year-old male was cited for driving with a suspended license and not adhering to mandatory court orders.
7:47 PM Officer Stevenson conducted a traffic stop near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd. A 48-year-old female was cited for an outstanding warrant.
10:39 PM Officer Kim investigated a burglary reported near Balentine Dr & Cedar Blvd. A 31-year-old female was arrested for commercial burglary, vandalism, possession of narcotics, fleeing from arrest, and an outstanding warrant. She was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2026:
3:36 AM Officer Berlanga investigated a vehicle theft reported near Cedar Blvd & Joaquin Murieta Ave.
4:08 AM Officers investigated several commercial burglaries near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave. Entry was gained by shattering front doors. Several locations reported the loss of a cash register.
1:00 PM Officer Jackman responded to a commercial burglary reported near Smith Ave & Cherry St. Reported losses included various industrial tools.
1:51 PM Officer S. Torres investigated a license plate theft reported near Cherry St & Mayhews Landing Road.
7:52 PM Officer Soto responded to a domestic disturbance reported near Locust St & Thornton Ave. A 33-year-old male was arrested for vandalism and battery against a peace officer. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
