1. Carjacking (0430) Monte Diablo Ave and Interstate 5, Civic District
The male victim, 42, was in the area when he was confronted by the suspects, who pulled him from his vehicle at gunpoint. The suspects stole the victim's vehicle and fled the area. The vehicle was later recovered in the area. SUSPECTS: Two Hispanic males.
2. Assault With a Deadly Weapon (0825) El Dorado Street and Bianchi Road, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 37, was under the bridge at the call location when he was struck in the head with a rock by the known suspect. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
3. Weapons Arrest (1410) Main Street and Oro Avenue, Park District
Officers conducted a stop of a vehicle for traffic violations. A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded handgun. The suspect was arrested without incident. ARRESTED: Miguel Gonzalez, 25, for weapons charges.
