Chelsea Nicholson is a 34-year-old endangered adult who may be in need of medical attention. She was last seen driving a 2013 red Kia SUV with New York license plate LGJ-4364 on Franklin Street in the city of Oneonta, Otsego County at 9:00AM on Tuesday, February 10. Chelsea wears glasses and was last seen wearing all black clothing. If seen, call 911.
