Since a quorum for the meeting tonight could not be achieved, requiring a minimum of 4 Aldermen be present to conduct city business - 

The city is calling a Specially Called Emergency meeting tomorrow at 10am. It is still open to the public and I will post that separately once I get confirmation whether we can empower the public to attend virtually on the same audio link with the officials -OR- if it requires attendees to come to city hall to listen to the meeting in a group setting.  Hopefully, you will be able to join the meeting via the link to promote higher attendance and convenience versus having to come to city hall.  Research on the code and on whether the audio link can be shared with the city at large is being researched.

The Emergency Special meeting tomorrow, February 11, 2025 is happening.  I am still trying to iron out the wrinkles to enable your presence and being updated as it is still an OPEN meeting.  Expect more info to come to confirm my hopes to include everyone with a sense of conveniece since the time of day (10 AM) is so inconvenient for so many folks. If I get to share the link, then where-ever you are, you could join this expected 15 minute short meeting even by your phones.  Finger's crossed.
