* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph possible.
* WHERE...Ketchikan Gateway Borough and Annette Island.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 3 PM AKST Wednesday. For the High Wind Watch, from late Wednesday night through Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds could blow around unsecured objects, damage property and cause power outages. Travel by land, sea, or air could be difficult.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KETCHIKAN GATEWAY BOROUGH ... ANNETTE ISLAND
