Nicholas County has issued a County Order directing that all flags be placed at half-staff on Thursday, February 12, 2026, in honor of the Funeral Service for Naval Officer Moore.
This action is taken as a mark of respect and remembrance for Officer Moore’s service and sacrifice. All county buildings and facilities are requested to comply accordingly.
