Activity for February 11, 2026:
- Officer Vernier conducted a traffic stop at North Street and Cooper Street. A 42-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to Hickory Avenue and Horton Road for a subject with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The subject was transported to the hospital and is in critical condition.
- Officer Elston responded to the Courthouse for a warrant arrest. A 28-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers assisted JSO with a weapons complaint in the 2000 block of Brooklyn Road.
- Officer Beekel was dispatched to the 200 block of West Franklin Street for an assault report.
- Officer Hogan responded to West North Street and Lansing Avenue for a hit and run accident where a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
- Officers assisted JFD with a possible arson in the 1000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
- Officer Mills made contact with a subject near Greenwood Avenue and Union Street. A 54-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
