Important dates to remember:
March 2, 2026 – Preliminary Applications due by 5 PM
March 3, 2026 – May 4, 2026 – Public review and comment period (ends May 4 at 5 PM PT)
June 1, 2026 – Final Applications due by 5 PM
Public Review Requirements:
All preliminary applications will be posted on the Division website the day after the application deadline for public review and comment.
Applicants must notify the public about the opportunity to review and comment no sooner than the start of the current Grants Cycle and no later than the first Tuesday following the first Monday in March. The notice must include instructions for accessing the Division website for application review and submitting comments.
Public notification must include at least one of the following: direct mail or email notice to interested parties, posting on the applicant’s website, publication in a local newspaper, a news release, or a public meeting or hearing (in person or virtual).
Public comments must be submitted to both the Applicant and the OHMVR Division. All comments must be received no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the first Monday in May. We believe our outreach efforts will meet the public review requirements and appreciate the community’s involvement.
