Topanga Canyon Boulevard/State Route 27 from PCH to Grand View Drive will close to the public at 10 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, due to forecasted rainstorms moving through the area. The National Weather Service expects potential for debris flows, flooding and rock/mudslides, with the biggest impacts expected Sunday night through Monday night.
Caltrans crews will reassess road conditions when it is safe to do so. Reopening is dependent on improved weather and road conditions.
