Officers were in the listed area when they observed the suspect on a stolen motorcycle. They conducted an enforcement stop and used force to take the suspect into custody. Officers searched the motorcycle and found a firearm. ARRESTED: Kenneth Thompston, 44, for vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, and weapon charges.
2. Robbery (0100) 700 Block of East Martin Luther King Boulevard, Seaport District
The female victims, 59 and 52, were seated in their vehicle outside an area business when the suspect opened their door and took a purse from the victims. The suspect then fled in a vehicle, striking one of the
victims, causing minor injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
