* WHERE...Portions of eastern, northeast, and south central Nevada.
* WHEN...From 4 PM Monday to 10 PM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage and reduce visibility to one mile or less in blowing snow.
