The Town of Westfield is currently monitoring tonight's weather forecast and its potential impacts.
The chances of a light snow accumulation have increased and the potential exists for slippery and hazardous travel Monday morning.
▪ Total Snowfall: 1 to 2 inches, locally up to 3 inches possible across much of northeastern NJ.
▪ Impacts: Snow/slush covered roads may result in hazardous travel during late Sunday night and Monday morning.
▪ Temperatures: Not as cold as the last widespread snowfall, and more marginal in the upper 20s and lower 30s.
The Department of Puiblic Works will report for duty early tomorrow morning to address hazardous roadways and clear municipal sidewalks.
