* At 336 PM PST, a dust channel was 15 miles southwest of Jiggs, extending through Elko, north to Gibbs Ranch. HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
* Interstate 80 between Wells and Carlin, NV 228 between Jiggs and Spring Creek, and NV 227 and 225 between Lamoille and Owyhee will see reductions in visibility below two miles at times. Locations impacted include... Elko, Mountain City, Charleston, Ruby Lake, Jiggs, Gibbs Ranch, South Fork, Ruby Valley, Owyhee, Lee, Lamoille, Jarbidge, Deeth, Ryndon, Spring Creek, Secret Pass, Wild Horse Reservoir, Franklin Lake, Star Valley, and Angel Lake.

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible.
