The Pocatello Police Department is currently working on interviews reference to the stabbing of two females in the 700 block of South Arthur. Officers are analyzing cell phone data from one of the victims of this incident. Officers have developed a timeline of the victims’ movements prior to the incident. Officers are currently working through all available video and data and following up on that information.
Pocatello Police can confirm that one female was treated and released from Portneuf Medical Center. One female was taken by Life Flight Helicopter to University of Utah Medical Center and is reported to be in stable condition. Pocatello Police is requesting any video or data to assist in the investigation. Below is a request that was sent out via Ring Camera video to assist in the investigation.
Assault – 700 Block of South Arthur Ave.
On 02/15/26 at approximately 10:06pm an assault of two females who were stabbed within the area by an unknown male assailant. Pocatello Police are searching for additional leads to identify the male. The male subject was described as being approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, short hair, wearing a hat and dark jacket. The male was last seen running south on Arthur Ave. away from the area.
