Deputies Apprehend Suspect During Burglary in Progress Call

PC594(B)(1) - Vandalism over $400
LOCATION: 1000 Block of Lillyhill Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jeremy Valdez, 25-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Sunday, February 15, 2026, at approximately 9:21 p.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Lillyhill Drive reference a reported burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered the front door of the residence had been kicked open. The suspect identified as Jeremy Valdez, was located inside the home.
Following an investigation, Valdez was arrested for PC459(1st) - Burglary and PC594(B)(1)-Vandalism over $400.00. Valdez was also arrested on his three outstanding warrants.
Valdez was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department on a combined bail amount of $64,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
