The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) would like to inform the community of the following temporary closures of aquatic facilities for annual preventive maintenance: The following indoor pools will be closed on the following dates:
- Marie H. Reed Aquatic Center (2200 Champlain Street, NW) will be OFFLINE for maintenance from Sunday, February 22, 2026, to Monday, March 2, 2026, reopening on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
- Barry Farm Aquatic Center (1230 Sumner Road, SE) will be OFFLINE for maintenance from Sunday, March 1, 2026, to Saturday, March 7, 2026, reopening on Sunday, March 8, 2023.
- Ferebee Hope Aquatic Center (700 Yuma Street, SE) will be OFFLINE for maintenance from Sunday, March 8, 2026, to Sunday, March 15, 2026, reopening on Tuesday, March 17, 2026
