THROUGH 1230 AM EST/1130 PM CST/...
At 1159 PM EST/1059 PM CST/, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Koontz Lake, or 11 miles northwest of
Plymouth, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.
Locations impacted include...
South Bend, Plymouth, Bremen, Gulivoire Park, Walkerton, North
Liberty, New Carlisle, Kingsford Heights, Culver, Hamlet, Lakeville,
Koontz Lake, Oak Grove, La Paz, Kingsbury, Ober, Teegarden, Salem
Heights, Fish Lake, and Crumstown.
This includes Interstate 80 in Indiana near mile marker 63.
