2/14 – 3:19 p.m. – Tiarra L. Woods, 31 of Cahokia Heights, Illinois, arrested on St. Clair County traffic warrants. She was also cited for Driving While Suspended, Operation Uninsured Vehicle, Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance & Expired Registration. Incident occurred at Washington Street and Jefferson Street.
