Three Arrested Following Vehicle Burglary and Freeway Pursuit in Chino Hills

SUMMARY: On Thursday, February 19, 2026, deputies from the Chino Hills Police/Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to the 4000 block of Chino Hills Parkway, for a report of a vehicle burglary that just occurred.
The suspect was described as a white female adult, who fled the scene in a white compact vehicle. Deputies conducted an area check, located the vehicle, and the vehicle failed to yield to deputies. During the pursuit, the suspect entered the 71 freeway. After a short pursuit, the suspect vehicle became immobilized, and three suspects were arrested.
Ariel Perez-Campos, a 40-year-old resident of Los Angeles, Javier Gavilanez-Carrillo, a 24-year-old resident of Bell Gardens, and Susan Casillas, a 35-year-old resident of Los Angeles, were transported to the West Valley Detention Center and booked for vehicle burglary and felony evading.
