1. Carjacking Arrest (Delayed) 00 Block of Gateway Court, Valley Oak District
On 02-19-2026 at approximately 1900 hours, the female victim, 30, was inside her vehicle when the known suspect approached her. The suspect grabbed the victim’s property from her person, including the victim’s car keys, and fled with the vehicle. The suspect was later located and taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Jovone Lewis, 29, for carjacking and robbery.
2. Person Stabbed Arrest (0630) 4500 Block of Shelley Court, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 31, was in the listed area when he got into an argument with the known suspect. During the argument, the suspect stabbed the victim with a sharp object. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. Officers contacted the suspect and took her into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Jane Gartin, 27, for assault with a deadly weapon.
3. Person Stabbed (1320) March Lane and Holiday Drive, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 27, was in the listed area when the suspect approached him and hit him several times and then fled. The victim realized he had been stabbed and was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
