Due to the impending snow storm tomorrow, this is a friendly reminder that all vehicles must be removed from the roadway as required by borough ordinance or as posted by signage. Any vehicles in violation will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense. The ordinance is in effect from midnight to midnight.

If the roadway has been plowed and it continues to snow, or additional snow accumulates after the roadway has been plowed, please do not park your vehicle on the prohibited side of the roadway until after midnight. For example, if the prohibited side of the roadway is cleared at 3 PM, do not park there simply because it has been plowed. You will remain in violation until midnight.

For residents who do not have parking restrictions on their streets, the DPW is asking for your cooperation in parking vehicles off the roadway if possible. This will help ensure roadways are cleared efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner.

Please do not call the police department for snow or parking updates.

Please check on your neighbors, especially those who are elderly and/or live alone.
