* WHAT...Heavy snow expected and periods of blowing snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 10 and 18 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Dalton Highway Summits and White Mountains and High Terrain South of the Yukon River.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Sunday to noon AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Periods of blowing snow may reduce visibility to 1/2 mile or less at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Multiple days of light to moderate snowfall expected.
