The National Weather Service is predicting blizzard conditions from Sunday night into Monday. Precipitation is expected to begin Sunday morning as rain, transitioning to snow late Sunday into Monday, with strong winds and gusts up to 50 mph possible. Significant snowfall totals between 8–12 inches are expected.
Residents are asked to take the following precautions ahead of the storm:

Secure outdoor items such as trash cans, patio furniture, decorations, and other loose objects that could become airborne in strong winds.

Move vehicles off designated snow routes. If you have off-street parking, please use it to allow snow plows to properly clear roadways.

Tidal flooding is expected. Residents who live in flood-prone areas should move vehicles to higher ground before the storm begins.

Areas currently under road construction will not be plowed due to surface conditions that are not suitable for plowing operations.
Residents are encouraged to limit unnecessary travel during and after the storm while plowing operations are underway. Monitor weather updates and use caution if travel is necessary. Additional information will be shared as conditions develop.
