NYC Emergency Management has issued a Hazardous Travel Advisory for 2/22 and 2/23 in expectation of a winter storm.
The winter storm will create dangerous travel conditions. Avoid unnecessary travel. If you must travel, exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking, and use mass transit if possible. Allow for additional travel time as roads may be slippery and visibilities may be low.
