The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Chieng Foo Liang. He is an 80-year-old Asian male who was last seen on
February 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., on the 14000 block of Excelsior Drive, in the city of La Mirada.
Chieng is 5’06” tall, 135lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue long sleeve shirt and black slacks.
Mr. Liang has medical conditions and his family is concerned for his well-being.
It is believed that Mr. Liang is traveling in his 2008 white Mazda CX-7 sedan, with California license plate number 6BEW566.
