Due to the impending hazardous weather conditions, and in the interest of public safety and municipal snow-plowing operations, the Interlaken bulk pickup scheduled for Monday, February 23, 2026, has been cancelled and rescheduled to Monday March 2, 2026.
Borough Ordinance 2022-3 requires all property owners to remove snow from their sidewalks for public use. Such removal must result in a path at least two feet wide along the entire length of the sidewalk. This ordinance also prohibits the casting of snow from any private property into the street. Failure to comply with this ordinance will result in violation notices which may carry fines and penalties. Thank you for your cooperation and please stay safe.
