Reminder
"SNOW EMERGENCY" declared for the Town/ Village of Harrison due to the expected snow accumulation totals. The "Snow Emergency" is in effect from 6 pm Sunday night (02/22/2026) until 10 pm Monday night (02/23/2026). Please have all vehicles parked on snow emergency routes moved from the roadway before the snow emergency takes effect.

You may park your vehicle during the designated snow emergency hours at the following locations for "Downtown Residents": Brentwood Pool parking lot, Malfitano Park parking lot, the Harrison Meadows parking lot, and in the Avalon/MTA parking structure. If you park your vehicle in the Avalon/MTA parking structure, please be aware that your vehicle will be subject to the posted signage regarding the parking structure's policies after 8 am on weekdays.  

"West Harrison Residents," you may park your vehicle at these designated locations: the Ron Belmont pool parking lot, the Passidomo parking lot, the Veterans Park parking lot, the Leo Mintzer Center parking lot, the West Harrison Public Library parking lot, or the Lake Street Public parking lot (directly across the street from the West Harrison Fire Department). Any vehicles left parked on designated snow emergency routes will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense. If your vehicle is towed, you can contact the Harrison Police Department to claim and recover your vehicle. The designated snow emergency routes are as follows:

Calvert St (Harrison Ave to Crotona Ave)
Fremont St (Broadway to Harrison Ave)
Grant St (Entire Street)
Halstead Ave (Entire Street)
Hancock St (Entire Street)
Harrison Ave (Park Ave to Mathews St)
Harrison St (Underhill to dead end past Woodside)
Heineman Place (Entire Street)
Lake St (Boulevard to Veterans Memorial Drive, including Taylor Square)
Madison St (Entire Street)
Main St (White Plains City Line to Preston Ave)
Marion Ave (Entire Street)
Mathews St (Entire Street)
Nelson Ave (Union Ave to Calvert St)
Rockwell St (Holland St to Bradford St)
