During winter storms, the Garwood DPW works around the clock to clear borough streets and ensure safe travel for residents, emergency vehicles, and first responders.
? Plowing operations begin once snow accumulation reaches operational levels.
? Please remove vehicles from roadways when 3 inches or more of snow has fallen.
? Do not shovel or blow snow into the street.
? Clear sidewalks within 24 hours after snowfall ends.
