The New Jersey Office of Emergency Management has extended the mandatory travel restriction due to ongoing blizzard conditions.

The restriction remains in effect until 12pm Monday, February 23, 2026.

All non-exempt vehicles are prohibited from operating on state, county, municipal, and interstate roadways. The New Jersey Turnpike is exempt. Violators may face penalties.

Exemptions include emergency and public safety personnel, public works and snow removal crews, utility workers, healthcare workers, public transportation, and critical infrastructure support.
