To celebrate the Village of Shorewood Hills’ World Migratory Bird Day, Glenn Chambliss will share his fascinating midwestern bird photographs in his “Midwest Birds, Bug and Frog” presentation on Thursday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m. for the program (6:30 for refreshments) in the Village Hall auditorium. Enjoy seeing local southern Wisconsin birds and other wildlife. He says, “A few of my favorite shots combine several aspects of nature in one photograph. I try to capture the vivid colors and beauty of nature with minimal traces of human activity in evidence.” He has displayed his photographs locally at the Oakwood Village Tabor Art Gallery and the Steinhauer Gallery at the UW Arboretum as well as at national shows.
