We are aware that some residents are still without power. JCP & L are aware of this issue and are working quickly to restore power. If anyone needs to go to a warming center, the Point Pleasant Beach Fire Company 2 on Laurel Ave is open.
Residents in need of transportation can call the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 732-892-0500. Residents are also reminded of their responsibility to remove snow and ice from their sidewalks in a timely manner. Please wait until DPW plows have cleared the roadway prior to clearing your driveway, Plows will push the snow back in your driveways. Please stay off the roads to allow snow plowing operations to continue safely and efficiently clearing our roads.
Additionally, Borough Hall will be closed again on Tuesday, February 24th. No garbage or recycling pick-up will be provided. Borough Hall will be back open and resuming all services on Wednesday, February 25th. Thank you for your cooperation and help in keeping Point Pleasant Beach safe.
