INCIDENT: Felony Warrant Arrest
LOCATION: Market Street and K Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Roxanne Rodriguez, 38-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Thursday, February 19, 2026, at approximately 1:43 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department made contact with Roxanne Rodriguez during a traffic enforcement stop near Market Street and K Street.
During the stop, Rodriguez was found to have a felony narcotics warrant for her arrest. Rodriguez was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Rodriguez remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $40,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
