Good evening. Leonia Public Schools, Public Library, Borough Hall, Recreation Center, Senior Center and Municipal Center will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday, FEB 24th). The DPW is suspending the garbage collection scheduled for tomorrow so crews can continue snow clearing operations. While most roads have been at least partially opened, there is still a lot of snow to be cleared from sidewalks, crosswalks and school crossing guard posts. The snow plowing of roads will continue tomorrow when alternate side of the street parking changes sides. The additional plowing is essential to make the roads passable for emergency vehicles. Please follow all posted parking regulations to avoid a summons and impound. Thank you for your cooperation.
