INCIDENT: PC 243(D) - Battery Causing Serious Bodily Injury
LOCATION: 2000 block of Luna Vista, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Christian Molina, 18-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): CONFIDENTIAL
SUMMARY: On Sunday, February 22, 2026, at approximately 1:20 a.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Luna Vista in reference to an assault.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they contacted the victim, who was suffering from injuries sustained during the assault. Through their investigation, deputies identified Christian Molina as the suspect. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Molina was arrested on the above-mentioned charges and booked at the Colorado River Station jail. Molina remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $40,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
