INCIDENT: P.C. 459(1st) - Burglary 1st Degree
LOCATION: 600 Block of Cibola Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Tory Martin, 46-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, February 23, 2026, at approximately 11:55 p.m., deputies assigned to the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 600 block of Cibola Street reference a reported burglary.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered that an electric scooter had been stolen from inside of the residence. During the investigation, deputies obtained surveillance footage which led to the identification of the suspect as Tory Martin.
On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at approximately 1:04 a.m., shortly after taking the initial report, deputies observed Martin walking in the area of H Street and Broadway Street. Deputies made contact with Martin and took him into custody without incident.
Martin was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Martin remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $60,000.00, awaiting a court hearing. This investigation is on going.
