A weak clipper system will bring some light snowfall across NJ Tuesday night - Wednesday morning.
From NOAA:
A weak clipper system will bring some light snowfall across northeast PA and northern NJ Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.
Hazardous Weather: Light snowfall accumulations of 1-3 inches. Locally higher amounts cannot be ruled out.
Locations Affected: Greatest chance for snow will be along the I-78 corridor and points north. Carbon and Monroe counties in PA have the greatest chance for snow over 2 inches. Areas south of I-78 will see less than an inch; areas southeast of the I-95 corridor will see rain mix in with the snow before changing over to all rain into Wednesday morning.
Timing: Early Wednesday morning, beginning as early as 3AM Wednesday and ending by 9 AM, which includes the early morning commute hours.
Impacts: Snowfall accumulations could impact the early morning commute on Wednesday with slick driving conditions on untreated road surfaces and reduced visibility at times.
More to follow. This snow has more sequels than Marvel!
Stay safe & warm!
