Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., reports that Newark residents and business owners may contact Newark Connect by telephone or by using a QR code to report streets in need of snow removal.
If a resident or business owner is aware of a street that requires plowing to remove snow, please call one of the phone numbers listed below:

The QR code below is also offered to allow residents and businesses to access and complete a form to alert the Department of Public Safety of the location where a street remains unplowed.
The Newark Connect system has been established to:
Receive and log reports of unplowed streets
Deploy members of the Department of Public Works to those locations for plowing
Report those streets as plowed upon completion
Director Miranda thanks all Newark residents and business owners in advance for your patience and cooperation during this snow removal operation.
He also urges anyone with information regarding any criminal activity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
