1. Robbery (1530) 5000 Block of Feather River Drive, Lakeview District
The female victim, 61, was walking in the listed area when the suspect grabbed a chain from her neck and fled in a vehicle. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
2. Robbery (1707) 7800 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 25, was working at an area business when he observed the suspect shoplifting merchandise. The victim confronted the suspect, and the suspect pushed and threatened him. The suspect fled on a bicycle with the merchandise. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECT: White male adult.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2030) 200 Block of East Washington Street, Civic District
The male victim, 57, was in the listed area when he got into an argument with the suspect. The suspect struck the victim with a stick and fled on a bicycle. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
4. Resisting Arrest (2343) 3300 Block of North El Dorado Street, Civic District
Officers responded to a report of a subject tampering with equipment belonging to an area business. Officers attempted to detain the suspect, who fled from them on foot. The officers gave chase, and force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Andrew Montano, 38, for resisting arrest and an outstanding warrant.
5. Battery on an Officer (0154) 500 Block of West Acacia Street, Civic District
Officers responded to a request for a welfare check on the suspect. Upon the officer’s arrival, the suspect was causing a disturbance and was detained by the officers. The suspect tried to kick the officers and spat on one. The suspect was arrested. ARRESTED: 16-year-old male for battery on an officer and resisting arrest.
6. Resisting Arrest (0330) Stanislaus Street and Church Street, Seaport District
Officers were flagged down by a citizen reporting a theft in progress. Officers attempted to detain the suspect, who fled from them on foot. The officers gave chase, and force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Mark McClendon, 59, for theft and resisting arrest.
